Nominations
The Convention will fulfill an important function, that of electing its representatives to the several bodies that will further the work of the Diocese during the coming year. Such elections shall be held only after all who participate are as fully informed as possible: the nominee knowing the duties and responsibilities of the office; and the Convention knowing the background and the willingness of each of the nominees to serve.
Nominations for the offices shall be made in writing, the consent of the nominee having been secured, and shall be signed by a nominator and a second in writing, each of whom shall be a delegate or alternate to the Convention.
The signatures of both nominator and second should be affixed to a single nomination form; "split" nomination forms cannot be accepted. A PHOTO OF EACH NOMINEE is required.
