Proposals for amendment, enactment or repeal of any Canon or Canons shall be submitted to the Secretary of the Convention at 36 Cathedral Avenue, Garden City, NY 11530, or via facsimile to 516-248-1616, or via email to fran@dioceseli.org, no later than midnight, Wednesday, October 12, for referral to the Committee on Canons. |
