In accordance with the Rules of Order, all reports of diocesan corporations, institutions, governing boards, committees, etc. to be presented to the Convention as required by Diocesan Canons or otherwise shall be transmitted to the Secretary of the Convention for inclusion in the Pre-Convention Journal and/or Convention Journal. Only those reports requiring action of the Convention will be printed in the Pre-Convention Journal; all reports submitted will be included in the Journal of the 145th Diocesan Convention.

Please submit all reports no later than Thursday, October 3, 2011, in order to facilitate printing and mailing. Reports should be double-spaced, typewritten and as brief as possible. All reports to be acted on by Convention should be faxed to (516) 248-1616 or emailed (as a Word attachment) to nancy@dioceseli.org.
