Position Duties

Perform office tasks, including preparation of weekly Sunday worship bulletins, weekly e-newsletters, signs and flyers for events, and occasional parish mailings. Manage the church's website and social media accounts, parish calendar, and member database. Manage office supplies and equipment and communicate with staff, volunteers, and the wider community. Input financial data, perform bank reconciliations, and generate monthly financial reports. Manage routine building maintenance.

Skills Required

Friendliness, desire to interact with a wide range of people, and interest in supporting the church's mission. Familiarity with basic website, e-newsletter, and social media platforms. Detail-oriented, well-organized and able to complete tasks on time. Basic accounting skills and familiarity with Quickbooks ideal; willingness to be trained in these skills acceptable.

Work Conditions

18 hours per week in-person. Flexible hours can be worked between Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, on a schedule approved by the Rector. Employment is at will.
