On Saturday, September 18, St. Ann & the Holy Trinity Church and Pro-Cathedral hosted a conversation about the evolution of race as represented in film.

Bishop Lawrence Provenzano moderated the discussion with Canon Kelly Brown Douglas (Dean of the Episcopal Divinity School at Union Seminary and Canon Theologian at Washington National Cathedral) and Dr. Greg Garrett (Professor of English at Baylor University and Theologian in Residence at the American Cathedral of the Holy Trinity in Paris).

The panel discussion followed earlier screenings of Guess Who’s Coming to Dinner (1967) and Do the Right Thing (1989).
