Registration for all Confirmations and Receptions into the Episcopal Church are to be emailed to Deidra Beaman simply by listing all the names of the candidates and the requested date for Confirmation/Reception no later than 1 month prior to the celebration. A confirmation email will be sent to you confirming date, time and place of the celebration.

Once Confirmation/Reception has taken place, you are requested to download the post-confirmation form and submit it as an email attachment to: Deidra Beaman by email or by fax to: (516) 746-6650 or by postal mail to:
