The future of priestly formation is taking center stage across the Episcopal Church. At a recent House of Bishops gathering, leaders from across the church spent a full week exploring how best to prepare clergy for ministry in a rapidly changing world—especially as traditional seminary models evolve and new forms of training emerge.
