Point person for those considering or in discernment process for ordained ministry as well as for those seeking specialized ministries. Identifies, encourages, and supports the next generation of ordained and lay leaders in diocesan ministry. Also attends national conferences and seminary meetings to recruit priests for open positions in the diocese.
