Join us for the first Trinity Day of Wellness: Nourishment for Mind, Body & Spirit, for anyone who would like to learn new techniques for meditation, yoga, health and wellness to incorporate into their own self-care routine. There will be two workshop blocks offered with two workshops to choose from during the event. In our busy lives it is important to tend to our mind, body and spirit and these sessions are planned to provide new skills for mindfulness and our emotional, physical and spiritual well-being. Healthy refreshments will be served and there will be an networking social to end the day.
