Project Resource, a program by the College for Bishops, equips stewardship teams with strategic training and flexible resources to design and execute annual stewardship campaigns that can be replicated and adapted for future years. The program is dedicated to fostering cultural and systemic advancements around stewardship as a ministry in the Episcopal Church.

Schedule

5 Consecutive Sundays: September 7 – October 5, 2025

2:00–4:00 pm PT / 3:00–5:00 pm MT / 4:00–6:00 pm CT / 5:00–7:00 pm ET

What Project Resource Provides

  • Helps church teams of clergy and lay leaders utilize effective resources to revolutionize all areas of stewardship, while unraveling internal money narratives and addressing societal shifts, organizational change, and leadership challenges.

  • Guides teams through the training curriculum, session by session, with attention to each congregation’s cultural and geographical context.

  • Equips participants to conclude the conference with a customized working plan and measurable goals tailored to their congregation.

Outcomes for Church Teams

By completing the course, teams will walk away with:

  • A comprehensive stewardship calendar for year-round planning

  • A detailed roadmap for launching their annual campaigns

  • Practical training on crafting personalized invitations

  • Insights into donor motivations across generations and individuals

Registration and Cost

  • Course Fee: $450 for a team of three

  • Additional Team Members: $125 each
