Human Resource Compliance Manager
Arleen guides the Diocese in employment policies, legal compliance, and best practices. Her work includes overseeing hiring and termination processes; maintaining records of safe church training certificates and background checks; updating and implementing the Employee Handbook; advising congregations and diocesan institutions on employment matters; coordinating mutual ministry reviews and staff development initiatives; and remaining current on federal, state, and church-related employment laws and standards.
