Human Resource Benefits and Compensation Manager
Camlyn oversees employee benefits and compensation across the Diocese, serving as the primary liaison with the Church Pension Fund and working closely with the Finance Office and Payroll. Her responsibilities include administration of medical, pension, and related benefit programs; coordination of payroll and budgetary processes; maintenance of employment records; support of diocesan employees and clergy regarding benefits and compensation matters; and ensuring compliance with compensation guidelines and best practices.
