
St. John’s of Lattingtown, in partnership with the Nassau Chapter of the American Guild of Organists, will host our second ‘Come & Sing Evensong’ on Saturday, June 6. The Musical Director will be Andrew Sheranian, formerly Organist & Master of Choristers at All Saints, Ashmont, Boston, accompanied by Ruaraidh Sutherland, Organist of St. John’s.
The day will conclude with a service of Choral Evensong at 4 p.m., led by Mo. Molly Jane Layton, Priest in Charge at St. John's.
The Day's Schedule
The event is structured to balance intensive rehearsal with necessary breaks:
9:30 AM: Registration
10:00 AM: Singing Session I
11:15 AM: Break
11:30 AM: Singing Session II
12:30 PM: Lunch
1:45 PM: Singing Session III
3:00 PM: Break
3:15 PM: Final Singing Session
4:00 PM: Choral Evensong Service
