The Rt. Rev. Lawrence C. Provenzano, Bishop of Long Island, will ordain Amanda Faville Henes to the sacred order of Priests. 

The ordination is open to the public, and will be live streamed.

About Amanda Faville Henes

Amanda Henes grew up in Madison, WI. On May 13, 2023, Amanda was ordained a transitional deacon at the Cathedral of the Incarnation. She served at the Cathedral of the Incarnation as a seminarian intern and deacon. Amanda graduated with a Master of Divinity and Master of Arts in Biblical Studies from General Theological Seminary. Prior to entering seminary, she served two years in the Episcopal Service Corps. Amanda’s interests include translating Greek and Hebrew, playing board games with friends, reading, and spending time with her family, especially her three nephews, and her cat, Layil. Amanda begins a curacy the first week of June at the historic Trinity Episcopal Church in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
