The Rooster and the Revolution – How St. George's Church Survived the Redcoats

Come hear historian Reine Bethany tell the story of how 325-year-old St. George's Church survived the trampling of Patriots and Redcoats throughout the seven years of the American Revolutionary War. Listen to the tale of the 16 bullet marks in the 291-year-old Golden Rooster weather vane and tour the historic graveyard, where eight Revolutionary War soldiers are buried.
