The Very Rev. Dr. Michael T. Sniffen, Dean of the Cathedral, is delighted to announce the appointment of the Rev. Jenn Pilat as Sub-Dean of the Cathedral.
This appointment reflects the continued growth of the Cathedral's ministry and will strengthen its leadership for the years ahead. As Sub-Dean, Rev. Jenn will serve alongside the Dean in the oversight of the Cathedral's many ministries, helping to advance our local and island-wide mission.
Rev. Jenn will provide leadership in administration, governance, the development of ministry resources in Spanish, and the continued growth of outreach partnerships, while supporting the flourishing of the cathedral congregation.
In collaboration with the Dean, clergy, staff, lay leaders, and volunteers, she will help ensure that the Cathedral continues to be a place of vibrant worship, generous hospitality, faithful service, and joyful community.
Rev. Jenn brings a rich background of pastoral leadership, collaborative ministry, and faithful service in the church and in the Navy Chaplain Corps. Her gifts as a priest, teacher, and pastor will strengthen the Cathedral's ministry and contribute to its continued growth as the Mother Church of the Diocese and a House of Prayer for Long Island.
