Join Us for the Culture Cycle of DCDI
We study culture because it has been said that “Culture eats strategy for breakfast!”
If you want to create a healthy, thriving, and growing congregation, understanding your church’s culture is essential.
The Diocesan Church Development Institute (DCDI) can help you identify, assess, leverage, and energize your congregation’s culture for effective ministry and mission.
Why DCDI?
DCDI is a leadership training program designed to strengthen both the spiritual community and organizational life of congregations. Through a highly integrated learning experience, clergy and lay leaders engage the real issues and dynamics they face in ministry today.
Participants will gain skills to:
Increase trust within leadership teams
Improve negotiation and communication skills
Build consensus and manage conflict
Energize congregations for mission
Navigate the challenges of cultural change
Achieve strategic ministry goals
