This document is used by congregations of the Episcopal Diocese of Long Island to certify the election of lay delegates, alternates, and youth delegates to the 160th Diocesan Convention, to be held November 13–14, 2026. The certificate outlines eligibility requirements, delegate allocation based on communicants in good standing, and includes sections for delegate contact information and required clergy or warden certification.
Completed certificates must be filed no later than June 15, 2026, and submitted as instructed at the end of the form.
