The Standing Commission on Liturgy and Church music has provided an alternative liturgy, following the pattern of the Book of Common Prayer. The 81st General Convention in 2024 approved its use under the guidance of diocesan bishops. Bishop Provenzano has encouraged its use, though it is by no means required.
